I've tried to change it, but it doesn't seem to want to let me.

Took me ages to work this one out. We all have to set the time we want via our own profile
Click the "profile" button in the bar just above the advert. Click on "Modify Profile" Scroll down to the "Dates and times" section. Pick the time zone that is best for you. For most of us it will be GMT +1 Scroll down a bit more and click the "Modify Profile button.
Hopefully the time should now be correct.
Cheers, Jamie.

It it GMT+1, but if you put that you are observing DST it has the same effect. (DST = Daylight Saving Time - or BST for us British people)

I set mine to GMT +1 and it has worked. That will do for me.

As the times have changed again you will need to change your settings if you want the website clock to read the correct time. Instructions are below.
In March follow these steps.
Click the "profile" button in the bar just above the advert. Click on "Modify Profile" Scroll down to the "Dates and times" section. Pick the time zone that is best for you. For most of us it will be GMT +1 Scroll down a bit more and click the "Modify Profile button.
In October follow the same steps but set the time zone to GMT+0.
Hopefully the time should now be correct.
